BasePoint provides partial hospitalization (PHP) and intensive outpatient (IOP) mental health treatment for adolescents and young adults. BasePoint Academy serves adolescents and BasePoint Breakthrough serves young adults, at locations in Arlington, Forney, Frisco, McKinney and North Richland Hills, and virtually across Texas.
We are Joint Commission accredited, and our mission is improving access to mental health care in Texas. That work depends on our therapists, nurses, providers, clinical assessors, and the teams who support them.
Full-time employees are eligible for medical, dental and vision coverage, life and disability insurance, a 401(k) retirement plan, seven paid holidays, and 15 days of paid time off a year. Part-time employees accrue paid time off as well, and PTO begins accruing on your first day. Full-time employees also receive up to two floating holidays a year to use for the cultural, religious or personal days that matter to them.
